FAQ
How will I get my ticket?
You will receive your ticket for the cruise with your conference badge/name tag. You will receive this when you check in or register at the conference registration table.

What time does it start and end?
Boarding begins at 7 pm. The boat departs at 8 pm sharp, and will return at 11 pm.

How do I get there?
The Odyssey III departs from the Gangplank Marina, 6th and Water Streets, SW Washington, D.C.

Bus transportation will be provided from Hotel Washington starting at 6:30pm. and the last bus leaves the hotel at 7:15pm.

If you are not staying at the hotel directions to the port are provided on the cruise web site.

What food is served?
Various appetizers are served starting at 8pm. Various food stations will be set up for dinner, and choices will included a vegetarian option. A detailed menu will be posted when it is finalized.

What drinks are available?
The cruise offers a comprehensive wine list include world-class selections from around the world. Coffee, tea and iced tea are included with your ticket price. Beer, wine and liquor may be purchased separately from your wait staff or from the bar.

What is the proper attire?
This is a formal event and thus, Jackets are strongly recommended for men and cocktail attire for women. NO JEANS ARE PERMITED.

Can I bring my child?
Due to the formal nature of the event, it is recommended that children do not attend.
