All conference activities will be held at the Hotel Washington.
The Hotel is offering a special discounted conference rate
of $150/night for a single or double room (3rd and 4th persons are each an additional $20 per person per night).

This discounted hotel rate includes a breakfast buffet

Reservations must be made by 5:00pm, March 22, 2004.

It is located across the street from the White House only 10 minutes from National Airport, and convenient to the Metrorail system.

Parking is available at the Willard garage next door for our
overnight guests at $25/day and $16/first two hours and $18/for up to eight hours.

Step-By-Step Instructions

1. Click on "Reservations"
2. Enter your name, reservation information, and the group ID number (10585). Click "Check Availability"
3. Select the appropriate rate and bed type. Click on the button below
4.Fill in personal information, and DO NOT click "click here to complete", but scroll down page double check your room info and select room preferences. Then click "click here to complete"
5 . Enter credit card information
6 . You should receive a confirmation e-mail from the hotel.
