CENTER FOR COGNITIVE DEVELOPMENT
The George Mason University Center for Cognitive Development (CCD) provides support to school personnel, children, and families in the areas of assessment and remediation of learning problems such as attention deficit disorders (ADHD), learning disabilities (LD), and behavior disorders.  There are opportunities for Applied Developmental students to conduct mentored research at the Center and to attend CCD workshops on state-of-the-art assessment and intervention practices.
